John Bash is a battle-tested conservative leader running for Texas Attorney General to take on the threats facing our state — from violent cartels and radical DAs to lawless judges and woke corporations.


As President Trump’s U.S. Attorney in Texas, Bash led the charge against human traffickers, drug lords, gang leaders, and child predators — putting thousands behind bars and securing justice for the victims of violent crime. He prosecuted the domestic terrorist behind the El Paso massacre and helped take down a leader of the notorious Zetas cartel.


Before that, Bash served in the Trump White House, where he drafted executive orders, fought back against left-wing legal attacks, and helped reshape the federal judiciary with conservative judges committed to the Constitution.


A Harvard-educated litigator, Bash clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia and Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and has briefed and argued high-stakes cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and courts across the country. He even helped write the landmark Second Amendment decision in District of Columbia v. Heller.


Since leaving federal service, Bash has continued fighting against the Left’s weaponization of the legal system — defending business leaders and exposing the Bidens' IRS abuses.
